Product Features

Rare earth alloy laser cladding, with trace amounts of rare earth materials, exhibits strong toughness, wear resistance, and ductility, resulting in significant effects.

Traditional materials (such as ordinary alloy steel) are no longer sufficient to meet the requirements of high-yield and high-efficiency working surfaces. Laser cladding of rare earth alloy wear-resistant materials, by adding trace amounts of rare earth elements, significantly improves the internal structure of steel, enabling it to maintain high strength while also possessing excellent toughness, hardness, and wear resistance. This greatly extends the life of key components and brings significant economic benefits.

 

Sprocket Assembly: A 5-8mm rare earth alloy cladding layer is generated on the sprocket using rare earth alloy powder via a high-power laser. This forms a high-melting-point compound with refined grains, significantly refining the as-cast microstructure, greatly reducing stress concentration, improving the material's contact fatigue life, and delaying tooth surface spalling and pitting. This results in a sprocket tooth surface hardness of HRC58-62 or higher, with wear resistance more than 50% higher than traditional materials.
